Policies & governance
Transparent by design
Registration details, how decisions are made, and the standards we hold our members to.
Non-profit governance
The club is a voluntary association of members under the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) and operates as a branch association of the Autoklub of the Czech Republic. Its purpose is not to generate profit; any surplus is used solely for the statutory goals.
- The Members' Meeting is held at least once a year and approves the budget and annual accounts.
- The Board is elected by members and is accountable to them for day-to-day management.
- The Audit Committee independently reviews finances and reports to the Members' Meeting.
- Accounting is kept in accordance with Czech law; annual financial statements are filed in the public register.
Funding & use of resources
Income comes from membership fees, donations, partner contributions and grants. All funds are used for training, safety equipment, event support and community programmes. No member receives a share of the club's income.
Member Code of Conduct
Every member, volunteer and participant representing the club agrees to:
- Comply with the FIA International Sporting Code, AČR regulations and event supplementary regulations.
- Never practise or drive at competition speed on public roads; obey traffic law at all times, including during reconnaissance.
- Treat officials, marshals, competitors, spectators and residents with respect.
- Maintain safety equipment and cars in a condition compliant with technical regulations.
- Reject discrimination, harassment, doping and any form of unsporting behaviour.
- Protect the environment at venues and leave service areas clean.
Breaches are reviewed by the Board and may lead to suspension or exclusion in line with the statutes.
Conflicts of interest
Board members declare any personal or business interest in club decisions and abstain from voting where a conflict exists.
